Love the build so far.. hell of a lot of work gone into it thats for sure.

As for the grill, id go with a flat or low gloss silver/grey.. think one was suggested in a photochop few pages back?

Also nice work with the bonnet. no dramas clearing the engine then?

Biggest Problem as far as making more power is lack of tuners. I live in nw tassie and the only half decent tuners/ turbo mechanics are like a 2-3hr drive away.

It's going to be my daily once I fix the hg. I'd like to hit maybe 15 psi? But like E said gotta get a computer and that first.

Firstly.. how do u know all this stuff?? lol Ah thanks guys it makes a whole lot more sense now. So if I ever did increase boost it really just means I could go a touch higher than normal without overworking the turbo.. And yeah it can be a little laggy but it's not too bad. As for the waste gate co...

I thought of that but there's not much room because of how the afm and pod are set up. I may be able to make the room with some changes ill be making soon otherwise maybe I could keep the cooler and make some brackets to move it forward and put a fan in between? http://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/u...

I/C & Radiator

Hey guys I'm looking at replacing my intercooler and radiator. The intercooler should be sufficient but I was thinking if I grab a square one of the same or higher volume I could mount it to one side leaving tonnes of room for a big thermo. Also my radiator has a leak and a bit of damage where ppl h...

I know it's a t25. Thought it was a g but I could be wrong. Looked at a few cars when I brought this so I could be confusing specs lol. So is that round thing the wastegate? Also when I say it's running 8psi.. Is that the pressure the motor sees or the turbo. Purely for argument- As in is my high fl...

Been crappy weather so i only got to take a look today, picture below is from under the car, I'm assuming this is my wastegate? after i change my HG im thinking about adding a boost tee and maybe taking the boost up from 8psi to maybe 10 or 12? I'm a little confused about what my safe-ish pressures ...

Hey I checked over the pipe work and clamps and they seem ok..
The reference for the waste gate from the turbo housing. Also I should point out its intermittent. Sometimes it works fine other times it won't come onto boost Properly. Also it running rich as and I think the thermostat is stuffed

Died on the highway..

Hey was driving along minding my own business and I went down to 4th to go up this hill. Came onto boost went straight past 8 to about 16Psi. Now it won't boost at all. It'll go from 30 vac to 0. (speco gauge)

No idea what's wrong.. :(
