it should make any different going over the manifold or not and if you're that worried about heat soak get a stainless steal sheet and have it rolled so it fits over turbo and all
you going too cut the bonnet to let air in?

just get a walbro 255 fits straight in for around $100 on ebay

yes if you set it alight a fireball will get you for sure you and the duck have come to far mate take the head off and have a look it mite only be rings if so not that bad as long as the bore is still stock size only needing a hone and a new set if no good put the n/a back in get it on the road for ...

I thought Pulsar Parts had closed down some time ago..?? it did as far as the yard Ron merge with another yard in parafield but he's still got his finger on the pulse as far as parts for pulsars go he found afew bits and pieces for me last xmas but at the end of the day I thinking you probably get ...

talk to ron at pulsar parts in Adelaide be cheaper than sending one from the east coast if he ain;t got one lying around he'll find one for you his No. is on here if not see if someone on here in Adelaide to go to U-pull it out at Elizabeth they had about 10 n12 out there last time I was there zoomz...
