Hey guys, i need to borrow a afm as i think both of mine are stuffed. they both got oil through them from blowing two turbos. and now the car will not run. it cranks but that is all.

you can take it out with out removing the shaft and the master cylinder. all you need to do is remove the alt bracket then slide it out.

your turbo and all turbos for that matter get hot under normal operation. They can heat up to 350 and 450 degree C at idle. Mine TO2 turbo in standard form reached 390 degree C at idle. this i below th point where it will glow. The reason for the turbo being so hot is because of it relative closenes...
