In Finland a Saab 900 (up to -93) intercooler should be easy to find, about as big as a s13 IC and can be found with plastic and aluminium sides.

Bought myself another Cherry a few months ago, a fairly standard -86 turbo that is 100% rust free under the car (VERY rare in Scandinavia).
