Hey mate nice going. Just a thought about going the next size up thickness in head bolts possibly head studs, which would mean re-drilling and tapping the block and drilling the head may put the bolt holes spot on

Had the same problem in my first et. I found out it was the cheap crappy ignition leads I had on there. Swaped them out for 10.0mm ones and problem solved.

Worth a look. Other things to consider is ur electrical wires to the coil and ecu plugs.

only thing with gas is using the old conventional setup using a converter and mixer seems to use a lot of gas and Ur forever at the pump filling up, u can tune them leaner to use less gas but backfiring back through the intake is an issue and u will be forever changing ur air box and intake pipe. th...

far out taz im liking this, makes me miss my e15 even more. that baked on gasket seal on the sump i used to take off with a wire brush on a grinder, i couldnt imagine doing it with a chisel and hammer, nice work, keep it up :D

Where exactly is the waste gate mounted to? That bracket to the lower radiator support it looks to me isn't going to last long with the engine kicking. You could also put an oil return in the sump, but that means taking the sump off and brazing in a piece of pipe.
